What are your hours of operation?

24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

How many people may ride in a taxicab?

City Ordinance regulates the maximum number of passengers at 7 persons. However, some vehicles cannot accomodate seven passengers. You should specify the number of persons in your party when you request service so that we may send the appropriate vehicle for your needs.

Is smoking permitted in taxicabs?

NO. City Ordinance prevents smoking in taxicabs.

Do you service Sheppard Air Force Base?

Absolutely, we have been serving the needs of our military for over 25 years.

Do you service surrounding communities?

YES. Skylark services the entire Wichita Falls Metroplolitan Statistical Area (MSA).

I failed to make a reservation on the DFW Shuttle, can Skylark Taxi take me to DFW Airport or Love Field?

YES, please call our dispatch center for more information.

Do you take checks or credit cards?

Skylark Taxi does not accept checks, however we do take cash as well as all major credit cards and debit cards.

Do you take advance/future reservations?

YES, with our state of the art computer aided dispatch system we are able to book your taxi reservation hours, days, months or years in advance.

Do you offer discounts?

YES. Skylark Taxi offers military and senior citizen discounts as well as frequent rider discounts. Please call our dispatch center for additional information. We also honor all competitors coupons and discounts.
