Left your backpack, cell phone, or jacket in the cab?

When you realize that you may have left something in the cab please call our offices at 940-322-1352. Please be prepared to provide the following:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Where you were picked up and at what time
  • Did you flag the cab or call
  • Did you pay by credit card
  • A description of the item
  • If possible, the cab number (located on the dashboard and on the outside of the cab) this is very helpful for a quicker turn around.

After the information is received, we will look to see if the item has been returned. If it has, we encourage you to come by our depot located at 2111 Holliday Road in Wichita Falls, Texas 76301. If you are unable to do so we will send it to you via mail. If the item is not immediately found, we will try our best to recover your lost items using the information provided.

The City of Wichita Falls requires us to hold found property for 3 months as well as file a report with the local police department describing the property and the circumstances surrounding its recovery. Skylark, as a matter of policy, holds found property for a period of one year. If you are unsure which cab company you may have used, you may contact the Wichita Falls Police Department at 940-761-7732 to inquire whether a cab company has filed the required report.

Military Identification Cards are the property of the United States Government. Skylark promptly returns all found Military Identification Cards to the 82nd Security Forces at Sheppard Air Force Base.
